Dr. Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Nahedh

He is one of the members of the Sharia advisors team at Sadaqa Company, and works as a faculty member in the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence and Sharia Policy at the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Kuwait University. He is also the head and member of the Sharia Supervisory Board for a number of Islamic financial, investment and advisory companies. He has published many specialized researches and participated in many local and international economic jurisprudence seminars and conferences.

He has engaged in many specialized positions, including:

Nasser Saleh Al-Saqabi

Naser Saleh AL-Saqabi is a member of the Sharia advisory team at Sadaqa Company and has been working as a Sharia Auditor since 2009. He also holds a master’s degree in comparative jurisprudence and principles of jurisprudence from the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Kuwait University, and he conducts various lectures and training courses on Islamic banking.

Throughout his career, he has held various specialized positions, including:
1. Director in the Sharia Audit Department at Boubyan Bank from 2018 to the present.
2. Sharia Supervisor at Warba Bank from 2015 to 2018.
3. Sharia auditor at Al-Imtiaz Company and its subsidiaries from 2009 to 2015.

Naser’s academic qualifications include:
1. Master’s degree from the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Kuwait University in 2016.
2. University degree from the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Kuwait University in 2009.

Naser’s most significant research and studies include:
1. A study on prize accounts, which provides an applied jurisprudential analysis of the Ahli United Bank’s Al-Hasad Islamic Account.
2. An applied jurisprudential study on the Kuwait Finance House contract model for Ijarah ending with ownership.
3. An analytical study of the investment agency and its renewal, focusing on the reality of Al-Imtiaz Investment Company.
4. An applied jurisprudential study of Murabaha operations, examining the reality of the Investment Dar Company.

Youssef Thabeet Al-Majid

Mr. Youssef Thabit Al-Majed is one of the members of the Shariah advisory team at the “Sadaqa” company. He holds the position of Assistant Director of Internal Shariah Audit at the United National Bank. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Kuwait University’s Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Studies. He previously worked as a Shariah auditor at the General Secretariat for Endowments.

He has completed numerous academic courses, including:

1. “Fundamentals of Financial Analysis” course at the Institute of Banking Studies in Kuwait, 2022.
2. “Shariah Supervision Governance Standard in Kuwaiti Islamic Banks” course at the Institute of Banking Studies in Kuwait, 2021.
3. Certified Shariah Auditor (CAS) certificate from the Central Bank of Kuwait and the Institute of Banking Studies, 2019.

Sulaiman Zaki Abdullah Al-Othman

He is one of the members of the Sharia advisors team at Sadaqa Company and works as a Sharia Auditor at Boubyan Bank. He is also the Sharia Consultant at the Bank of London and the Middle East (BLME). He has attained 2 Master’s Degrees, a Master’s in accounting from Kuwait University (MSc) and a Master’s in business administration from Gulf University for Science and Technology (MBA). He has also been a trainer and course provider for many sessions in Islamic Finance and Islamic Banking topics.
